Some of the game’s biggest YouTube personalities are teaming up for a brand new animated series called Alpha betas. In the series, the world is powered by video games, and four arrogant gamers are tasked with making sure the world doesn’t stop.
Hosted by Starburns Industries, the studio behind Rick and morty, Chris Bruno and David lee (Human discoveries) will serve as showrunners with Evan Fong (VanossGaming), Marcel cunningham (Basically IDoWrk), Tyler Wine (I AM WILD CAT), and Brian hanby (Terrorist) with the four main heroes. Other cast members include Paget brewster, Stephanie Béatriz, Chris Parnell, Brent Morin, and John DiMaggio.
In Alpha Betas, video games are powering the world thanks to a massive, top-secret CIA program. In the comedic style of Rick & Morty Meets Westworld, the show follows an elite virtual strike force of four top players as they descend into the virtual realms of video games to solve life-threatening issues. Known as the Alpha Team, these four willfully reckless and dangerously arrogant guys are the tip of a five hundred billion dollar US government spear sent to be heroes in pixelated high-octane worlds.
Alpha betas will premiere on VanossGaming YouTube Channel March 13.
